Timothy R. Muffley serves as Chair of the Pathways Board of Directors. He has represented Greenup County for six years. Mr. Muffley is the Mortgage Lending Manager for the DESCO Federal Credit Union in Ashland, Kentucky and has previously held various positions with Charter One Bank.

Mr. Muffley is a member of the Ashland Alliance and has served as past president of Ashland Kiwanis and past council president of the American Diabetes Association. He is the recipient of the Charter One Bank Chairman’s Club Award.

Kevin Harrison serves as Vice-Chair of the Pathways Board of Directors. He has represented Boyd County for six years. Mr. Harrison is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Choices and Changes Youth Services, Inc. He previously worked for Ashland Community and Technical College.

Mr. Harrison is a Kentucky Colonel and also assists with the Kentucky Appalachian Foundation (KAF).

Robert L. Caummisar serves as Secretary of the Pathways Board of Directors. He has represented Carter County for six years. He is self-employed as a lawyer and previously held the position of Director of the Northeast Kentucky Legal Services and Director of Citizens Commission on Consumer Protection.

Mr. Caummisar is actively involved in many community and state organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Grayson Chamber of Commerce, Bethany House, and donates services for the Kentucky Bar Association. He received the Northeast Kentucky Small Business Award and the Grayson Chamber Keystone Community Service Award.

Becky Walker serves as Treasurer of the Pathways Board of Directors. She has represented Carter County for six years. Ms. Walker is the East Carter Youth Services Center Director and previously served as the Carter County Board of Education Coordinator and as editor of the Grayson Journal-Enquirer and Olive Hill Times newspapers.

Ms. Walker is Chair of the Relay for Life State Leadership Council and member of the Mid-South Relay Advisory Team and Chair of the Carter County Salvation Army Service Unit. She has been named as Keystone of Grayson, Champion of the Year, and received the Su Pratt Community Volunteer Award.
