Hours of Operation
Office hours at Pathways are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Emergency services are available 24 hours a day, either on a walk-in basis through the Crisis Unit at 201 22nd Street in Ashland, or through our toll-free Help Line at 1-800-562-8909.
Payment for services is discussed during the admission process. Consumers may pay for the services they receive either personally or through private or public insurance programs. Administrative office staff will work to see that people receive needed services and may help develop payment plans and process claims.
Access Center Mission
The mission of the Access Center is to provide quality ten-county electronic consumer scheduling and outstanding customer service. The Access Center is committed to consumer needs and requests, efficiency, and effectiveness in handling these requests with ethical professionalism.
The Access Center is staffed by Bachelor's level and licensed Master's level clinicians. The clinician is trained to respond to any request from the caller. The clinician can assess the caller's need for mental health, substance abuse, or developmental disability support services appointments. If Pathways does not provide the service the caller needs, the Access Center staff will refer them to the appropriate resource.
Anyone needing services at Pathways may call any Pathways office or 606-324-1141 or 1-800-562-8909 and ask for the Access Center.
