Access Center Mission and Values
The mission of the Access Center is to provide quality ten-county electronic consumer scheduling services to its three distinct customer groups: the consuming public, Pathways administration and Pathways front line staff.
The values upon which this mission is based are responsiveness to consumer needs and requests, efficiency, and effectiveness in handling these requests with ethical professionalism.
The Access Center is staffed by licensed and certified Master's level clinicians. The clinician is trained to respond to any request from the caller. The clinician can access the caller's need for mental health, substance abuse, or developmental disability support services appointments. If Pathways does not provide the service the caller needs, the Access Center staff will refer them to the appropriate resource.
Anyone needing service at Pathways may call any Pathways office or 606-324-1141 or 1-800-562-8909 and ask for the Access Center.
