The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management announced the 100 companies that made the 22nd Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky list on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. Pathways, a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving ten counties in northeast Kentucky, has been selected One of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky in the large company category (500 or more Kentucky employees) for the fourth consecutive year!

The selection process, managed by Workforce Research Group, is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey. The competition is a multi-year initiative designed to motivate companies in the Commonwealth to focus, measure, and move their workplace environments toward excellence. Numerous studies show a strong correlation between profitability and creating a good place to work.

“Being named one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky for the fourth consecutive year is an incredible honor for Pathways,” says Jennifer Willis, RN, PMH-BC, Pathways CEO, “our employees are the heart of our organization, and their commitment, dedication, and passion is what makes our workplace truly special. As we celebrate this milestone, we remain focused on building a strong culture that continues investing in our staff and the consumers we serve.”
