The Kentucky Department for Local Government is accepting application
materials under the Recovery Housing Program (RHP). Pathways, Inc. intends to
apply for assistance to develop residential and/or transitional housing for
individuals with a substance use disorder and/or substance use disorder
recovery at 1200 Bath Avenue, Ashland, Kentucky. Pathways, Inc. will hold a
public hearing prior to the submission of the pre-submission form. The public
hearing will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 3pm at the Pathways Residential
Recovery Unit – East, 201 22nd Street, Ashland, Kentucky. The purpose of the
hearing is to obtain views on Recovery Housing and community development
needs, review proposed activities, review the proposed application, and solicit
public comments.
The following information concerning the Recovery Housing Program is available
for public inspection at Residential Recovery Unit – East, 201 22nd Street,
Ashland, Kentucky during regular business hours (8:30am-5:00pm):
A. Amount of funds available and range of activities that may be undertaken.
B.Estimated amounts of funds proposed to be used for activities benefiting
persons of low and moderate income.
C. A summary of other important program requirements.
COMMENTS ON APPLICATION
A copy of the RHP Pre-submission application material will be on file at
Pathways, Inc., 201 22nd Street, Ashland, Kentucky, for citizens’ review and
comment during regular business hours (8:30am-5:00pm) from Wednesday, May
21, 2025, through Friday, May 30, 2025. Comment on the proposed application
may be submitted to the attention of William F. Bottoms, Esq., until the close of
business Friday, May 30, 2025.
