Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Services (IDDS) Crisis Response works in conjunction with other Pathways service delivery
systems in providing support to individuals with Intellectual/
Developmental Disabilities (IDD), who are in need of crisis stabilization. IDDS Crisis Response will work with the individual’s support
team to identify areas of need, which
may include, crisis planning, temporary shelter, direct care, behavior support, medical and behavioral health
treatment, as well as any other support needs the individual requires for
crisis stabilization. The IDDS Crisis
Response team will continue to work
with the individual to help them transition to long-term support.
ELIGIBILITY:
An individual must be diagnosed with an intellectual or developmental disability to qualify for this service.
